- Hunt for customer acquisition to achieve own business target set on daily, weekly & monthly basis by respective STM.
- Prepare call report on daily, weekly & monthly basis and submit regularly to STM.
- Attain the cross selling goals related to other retail products.
- Achieve individual productivity target as set by the management.
- Maintain proper Documentation ensuring Authenticity
- Maintain and develop relationships with potential as well as existing customers.
- Visit developer offices for collecting business leads
- Listen to customer requirements and presenting product properly to make a sale.
- Handle any inquiries related to new clients.
- Ensure proper services are provided as per bank policy to each customer they are dealing with.
- Act as a contact point between potential customer & Bank.
- Work at office
- 4 years of Graduation or Masters from any reputed University
- Good sense of Negotiation and Persuasion
- Communication skill
- Customer centric and Organized
- Good at maintaining contacts and networking
