- Handle all administrative HR responsibilities, including documentation, handling personnel records, analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Deal with complex sensitive day to day people management issues
- Conduct weekly, Monthly, Yearly meetings with respective business units.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Attendance & leave management.
- Separation, retirement, final settlement, etc.
- Store, housekeeping and related works.
- Various reports on HR & Administrative works.
- Legal documentation.
- Any other assignment was given by the superior.
- Work at office
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Major in HR, Management or relevant discipline from any reputed university.
- At most 2 year(s)
- Age at most 30 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High influencing skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or HR related software.
