Job Responsibilities

  • Handle all administrative HR responsibilities, including documentation, handling personnel records, analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
  • Deal with complex sensitive day to day people management issues
  • Conduct weekly, Monthly, Yearly meetings with respective business units.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Attendance & leave management.
  • Separation, retirement, final settlement, etc.
  • Store, housekeeping and related works.
  • Various reports on HR & Administrative works.
  • Legal documentation.
  • Any other assignment was given by the superior.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Major in HR, Management or relevant discipline from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements

  • At most 2 year(s)

  • Age at most 30 years

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High influencing skills
  • Self-initiator
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or HR related software.
