Job Responsibilities

  • Having a positive mentality to provide 24/7 customer support
  • Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing phone calls.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ready to grip any other work assigned by the top management
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Customer conveyance capacity, strong interpersonal communication, and leadership skill are must.
  • The candidate should be self-motivated and dynamic.
  • You must have a good voice and convincing power by phone
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Have mentality for work long duration

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA),Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • BA/MA from any UGC approved Govt or reputed Private University

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • The candidate of Greater Sylhet origin is given prefer
  • Must be fluent in English and native language
  • Female candidates of Sylhet origin and able to talk in Hindi will give an advantage.
