Job Responsibilities

  • Knowledge on latest tools, technologies and systems. In-depth understanding of enterprise level software, hardware, infrastructure and applications;
  • Must have working experience in Systems Support/Project Support functions of a large company;
  • Project/Initiative Coordination Tasks including project plans, roll-out and implementation. Maintaining relationship with stakeholders. Liaison with service delivery team, managing conflict and ensure processes and tasks are carried out efficiently;
  • Supporting cross functional activities for new applications UAT, roll-out and implementation;
  • Periodic collection of end-users’ feedback for BRAC Bank Technology services and escalate to service owners to mitigate or improve underline IT issues;
  • Have knowledge of IT Service Management, especially Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Capacity Management etc., in Technology Division. Take ownership of IT Support/Service mails and trouble tickets to ensure effective resolution of end users’ IT issues;
  • Have knowledge of Bangladesh Bank ICT Policy, Audit and Compliance procedure of large commercial bank.

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in CSE/EEE/ETE/ECE from reputed universities with satisfactory academic track record;

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Systems Support/Project Support Function of large local companies/MNC;
  • Familiar with IT Service Management Standard (ISO 20000/ITIL);
  • Hard working and multitasking;
  • Excellent communication skill;
  • Hands-on experience on Project Coordination and Reporting;
  • Familiar with any ITSM Applications.
